The practice of Employment Law covers a wide variety of cases, ranging from:

These types of cases normally arise from the failure of an insurance company to meet policy requirements for payment.  They can range from negotiating the amount to be paid for a claim to bad faith litigation where the company has intentionally failed to meet the requirements of the policy and it can be demonstrated that this was an intentional breech of contract.

Personal Injury

Personal injury cases are normally those where you have sustained some type of injury in vehicle accident, a fall caused by negligence or an act of omission at a location other then your own property.  These type of cases may be filed against another person (s) or their insurance companies or may be against your own insurance company for failure to cover uninsured medical costs due to an accident.

Probate and Estate Law

Probate cases involve the disposition of the assets of  an estate according to the dictates of a will or in those cases where there is no will, the dictates of the court, to the creditors, IRS, heirs, and other claimants as the situation warrants.  It may also involve defending the estate against unwarranted and/or improper claims.
